HKUST Li & Fung Supply Chain Institute hosted a seminar today about retail operations in emerging markets and digital transformation of the traditional retail channel.

Prof. Jan C. Fransoo, Professor of Operations and Logistics Management in the Department of Information Systems & Operations Management at Tilburg University, shared insight on how digital transformation is changing 50 million nanostores across emerging markets to improve shopkeepers' livelihoods, and increase access to affordable food for billions of consumers.
